We're seeking reliable, licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities to progress into permanent roles.

As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, one of Melbourne's premier retail destinations, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-profile setting where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming centre, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to incidents, and supporting daily operations alongside centre management and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional front-line customer service
n
Respond to medical emergencies and security incidents
n
Monitor safety risks and complete incident reports
n
Assist with crowd management and conflict resolution
n
Support emergency response procedures and centre operations
n

What You'll Bring

CCTV monitoring experience
n
Current Victorian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Monitoring)
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n




Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster

A professional presentation and ability to meet the physical demands of the role
