About the Role
n
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our gaming room operates smoothly and responsibly, in line with SA gaming regulations, while supporting broader venue operations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising and supporting the gaming room and gaming attendants
n
Delivering exceptional service to gaming patrons
n
Ensuring compliance with gaming, liquor and venue procedures
n
Managing cash handling,



payouts and gaming machine operations
n
Supporting the team across bar, bistro and floor operations when required
n
Maintaining a safe, professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff
n
n
About You
n
You are a confident hospitality professional who understands the importance of customer relationships, compliance and leadership on shift.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Previous gaming experience (essential)
n
Experience supervising or leading shifts in hospitality
n
Solid knowledge of SA gaming and liquor compliance requirements
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
n
A friendly, professional approach to guest service
n
n
Essential Requirements

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
n
Responsible Person Badge (RP Badge) or willingness to obtain
n
Basic and Advanced Gaming Certificates
n
Availability to work nights and weekends
