What you'll do:
n
n
Define and continuously improve business analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance processes.
n
Lead complex requirements, discovery and analysis activities across business and technology stakeholders.
n
Analyse processes, controls, systems and capabilities to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
n
Develop business requirements, future state processes, operating models and control designs.
n
Drive alignment between business objectives, regulatory obligations, governance requirements and technology solutions.
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) controls and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and technology governance frameworks.
n
Proven experience analysing and documenting technology governance,
risk, and control requirements across complex enterprise application and delivery environments.
n
Ability to translate regulatory, audit, cyber security, and risk obligations into practical business and technology requirements.
n
Experience identifying control gaps, and designing sustainable governance, operational and technology controls.
n
Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, software delivery, change management, testing, deployment, operational support and evidence management practices.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with proven experience leading complex initiatives and driving decisions with senior business, technology and executive stakeholders.
