Job Description
Rsl Lifecare in Byron Bay, NSW invites applications for a casual Recreation and Engagement Assistant. The role focuses on planning, delivering and evaluating personalised leisure programs for residents, including one-to-one activities, group sessions and events to support wellbeing and social connection.

You will work with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator and care team to tailor activities and support residents with dementia, documenting assessments and plans as required.
