BUSY Ability is seeking an Employment Consultant for a full-time fixed-term role based in Tweed Heads. You will manage a wide-ranging caseload under the Ex-Offenders Program, retrain and upskill clients, and partner with local employers to create sustainable employment opportunities.
This in-office role runs 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a strong focus on performance, resilience, and client outcomes. The BUSY Group supports career growth and safeguarding across communities.
