What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Convening and facilitating AGMs,



Committee and Special Meetings
n
Managing budgets, maintenance funds and financial reporting
n
Building strong relationships with Owners and Committees
n
Coordinating maintenance works, contractors and building services
n
Managing insurance, compliance and statutory requirements
n
Partnering with Caretakers, Concierge teams and Building Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience in Owners Corporation Management
n
Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act and Regulations
n
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Confidence managing budgets and financial reporting
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Current driver's licence and availability for occasional after-hours meetings
