Job Description
EPSA Health & Rehabilitation Centre seeks a hands-on Practice Operations Manager to run a two-site allied health clinic, coordinating onshore and offshore admin teams and occasionally working the front desk during peak periods.

You will own clinic flow, key metrics like utilisation and billing gaps, and drive system improvements, reporting directly to the CEO and ensuring superb client experience.
