Project Manager – Mid to High Rise Residential

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction and development business with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial and residential projects across Brisbane.

With a huge pipeline of projects secured, and currently in the works, the business is entering an exciting period of growth, including plans to undertake their own developments alongside a strong portfolio of repeat-client work.
n
This is a long-term prospect for a Project Manager looking to join a business where they will have the support, autonomy and resources to deliver major projects and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

The business is open to considering:

An experienced Project Manager with a background in multi storey residential construction
n
A high-performing Senior Contracts Administrator or Senior Project Engineer ready to step into their first PM role
n
Someone with the right technical and commercial foundations who is looking for a business that will invest time into developing them into a confident Project Manager
n
n
You will have significant support from the wider team, with the Business Manager taking a hands-on approach to mentoring and developing the right person.

About You
n
n




Proven experience delivering mid to high-rise or multi-residential projects
n
Strong understanding of construction processes, programming, contracts and project financials
n
Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, stakeholders and site teams
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Ability to take ownership of projects while working collaboratively with the wider team
n
For Senior CAs / Senior Project Engineers, a strong track record on complex residential or commercial projects and the ambition to step into a PM position
n
