Job Description

Lead a warehouse team to safely and efficiently support site operations
n
Drive inventory accuracy, replenishment activities and critical spares availability
n
Strengthen warehouse performance through continuous improvement and process optimisation
n
Partner with maintenance, operations and commercial stakeholders to ensure materials are available when needed
n
Coach, develop and support team members to achieve strong operational outcomes
n
Manage inventory, critical spares, logistics and freight activities
n
Report to the Supply & Contracts Superintendent
n

Requirements
n
n
Experience leading warehouse or supply teams in mining, heavy industry, construction, manufacturing or logistics environments
n
Robust inventory management and replenishment experience
n
Proficiency with Pronto ERP or similar inventory management systems
n
Experience managing critical spares, stock control and warehouse operations
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Forklift Ticket advantageous
n
Dangerous Goods Handling certification advantageous
n
Chain of Responsibility knowledge or training advantageous
n
Exposure to freight coordination and dangerous goods management advantageous
n
