Job Description
Westhaven is seeking a dedicated Caseworker in Bathurst for a 6 month fixed-term contract to support and advocate for Children and Young People living with significant disability to live life the way they choose.

As part of the Therapeutic Care Team, you will coordinate casework responsibilities, develop Case Plans, maintain regular contact with CYP, and ensure compliance with relevant guardianship requirements.
