Solution Lead – Senior Manager

We are looking for a Solution Lead – Senior Manager to join a high-profile Resources & Energy environment in Adelaide.
n
This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, helping ensure technology requirements are effectively incorporated into major capital programs and smaller technology initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects
n
Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope, providing clear recommendations
n
Work with project teams, engineers, EPCMs and technology stakeholders throughout delivery
n
Support the scoping and business case development of technology projects
n
Track portfolio status, dependencies and strategic alignment
n
Conduct business analysis, gap assessments and structured problem solving
n
Build robust relationships across technology, capital projects and operations
n
Prepare governance reports, recommendations and senior stakeholder briefings
n
Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
n

About You

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in business analysis, strategy, project advisory or technology transformation
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Ability to turn strategic objectives into practical delivery requirements
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
n
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n

Desirable Experience
n
n
Mining, resources, energy, utilities or other asset-intensive industries
n
Capital projects or major investment programs
n
Technology or digital transformation in industrial environments
n
Operational technology, automation or digital solutions
n
Capital investment frameworks such as Stage-Gate, FEL/FEED

Mining or resources operations

Location

Adelaide, SA – full-time on-site.
n
Candidates must be based in Adelaide and comfortable working on-site. Remote or FIFO arrangements are not suitable.
