St Columba's College in Melbourne is seeking an experienced, student‐centred educator to join our Wellbeing Team as a House Leader. This senior role provides leadership in pastoral care, student wellbeing and house activities within our seven‐house system, fostering belonging and College pride.

You will mentor House Captains, collaborate with staff and families, implement restorative practices, and advocate for student leadership and participation across College life.
