We're looking for a
Sales Consultant
to join our team - someone who enjoys working closely with customers, helping them create the bathroom of their dreams, and being part of a supportive, female-friendly showroom workplace.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming walk-in customers and guiding them with warmth and professionalism
Taking a consultative approach - listening, advising, and building trust
Preparing quotes and managing orders using our systems
Learning about our premium product ranges and becoming a trusted expert
Keeping the showroom organised, stylish, and customer-ready
Collaborating with a supportive, people-focused team




Who we're looking for
Previous retail or showroom experience (bathrooms, interiors, homewares, or renovation-related)
Strong customer service skills and a consultative approach
Approachable, professional, and confident without being pushy
Comfortable using computer systems for quotes and orders
Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people achieve their design goals
A willingness to learn and grow in a creative, boutique environment
What we offer
Monday-Friday only - no weekend work
7:30am - 4:30pm on-site in Mascot
