Contract Administrator - Luxury Residential Projects

We're partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team delivering high-end Class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role
n
This is an office-based position located in Bondi, supporting the delivery of bespoke luxury homes and premium residential builds throughout the Eastern Suburbs.
n
Projects typically include:
n
n
High-end Class 1 luxury homes
n
Architecturally designed residential builds
n
Premium bespoke residential projects
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packages
n
Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations
n
Monitor project costs, forecasting, and budget tracking
n
Assist with tendering, procurement, and scope reviews
n
Manage RFIs, documentation, and contract administration processes
n
Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
n




Assist with project reporting and financial administration
n
Support delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the residential construction sector
n
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
n
Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-end construction environment
n
