Job Description

Travel to customer locations to deliver onsite training and consulting services for Accruent product families
n
Balance multiple projects and diverse assignments
n
Serve as a primary point of contact for Professional Services customers and support their enquiries
n
Collaborate with project teams to understand objectives, collect requirements, configure software applications, test systems and train end users
n
Perform application configuration, data transformation and business analysis
n
Create customer training materials and documentation
n
Become a subject matter expert and trusted resource for customers and Accruent teams
n
Communicate complex concepts clearly and present confidently in professional settings
n
Work independently with strong self-motivation and focus on customer delivery
n
Report directly to the Manager, Professional Services
n

Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology
n
Consultant experience within the CMMS or EDMS software space
n
Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and consulting skills
n
Ability to solve problems creatively and independently and drive for results
n
Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions
n
Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs analysis, project administration, software installation,



onsite training, systems troubleshooting, and ongoing account management
n
Experience managing resources and commitments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
n
Willingness to travel to customer locations for onsite support
n
Visa sponsorship is not available
n
Successful background investigation required
n
Relocation will not be considered
n

Demonstrates expertise in delivering onsite training and consulting services for software applications, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication. Proficient in managing software implementation lifecycles and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
