Hudson is seeking a Developer Experience Manager (DevX) to lead engineering teams in Sydney. You will shape developer experience, influence product decisions, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality software at scale.

Collaborate with product and design, design scalable architectures, review code, and promote engineering best practices. Candidates should have 6+ years in software engineering, solid design pattern knowledge, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
