A global leader in critical digital infrastructure is seeking a Business Development Manager (Data Centres) to drive service sales growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

The business provides critical power, cooling, infrastructure and lifecycle solutions to data centres and other high-availability settings. This role will focus on developing current service opportunities, expanding service coverage and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive service sales strategy and revenue growth across strategic accounts
Build and manage a robust pipeline of service opportunities
Identify maintenance renewals, warranty-to-service conversions and upsell opportunities
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key customers
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial solutions
Work closely with account management, service delivery and technical teams
Expand service coverage across existing customer installations

About You




Background in business development, sales or commercial roles
Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or related field
Solid commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to develop opportunities and achieve sales targets
Customer-focused with a proactive, hunter mentality
Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, power, technology or facilities is highly desirable
Utility-scale experience across energy, renewables, BESS or power infrastructure is desirable
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Engineering, business or related tertiary qualification preferred
