Job Description

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager in Melbourne to own and optimise the Australian payroll function. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate weekly and monthly payroll processing, and maintain compliance with awards and contracts.

You'll work closely with Finance and HR, oversee payroll tax, superannuation, and audits, and drive process improvements while liaising with senior stakeholders within a energetic transformation setting.
