Job Description
Join our team as aProduction Drillerin Cobar!
Working on a 2:2 weeks (days & nights) roster, this position is available on a residential basis, DIDO, or FIFO from Brisbane or Sydney.
Responsibilities
We're offering multiple opportunities for motivated individuals to become a vital part of our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for drilling production, service and cable holes to design and standard.
Qualifications
About You:
To be successful, you will bring the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
Experience with EPIROC drill rigs
Minimum three (3) years in an underground mining role
Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on drilling equipment
Read and follow drill plans, markings, and survey instructions
Maintain safe work areas, manage hazards, and follow underground safety procedures
Hold current Australian drivers licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a medical

About The Team
Harmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities.
In Papua New Guinea, Harmony owns and operates the Hidden Valley mine and owns 50% of the Tier 1 Wafi-Golpu copper-gold project.
