Job Description
Healthscope's Rehabilitation Hospitals in Victoria are seeking a Registered Nurse or Allied Health qualified to lead our Rehabilitation Assessment Service across metropolitan Melbourne.
You will oversee a team of assessment clinicians, review referrals and drive service growth to support patient pathways into rehab.
As Rehab Assessment Service Lead, you will mentor staff, build stakeholder relationships with referring hospitals and medical teams, and ensure high quality patient assessments.
