Job Description
Syneos Health seeks a CRA II- FSP to monitor clinical sites and ensure regulatory compliance across both on-site and remote settings.
You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and manage data integrity with site staff.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or RN, know GCP/ICH guidelines, demonstrate solid communication, and be prepared to travel up to 75% to support global trials within a collaborative, diverse team.
