Job Description
HCF RT Health division seeks a Member Retention Consultant to join our Parramatta contact centre.
This full time, permanent role offers hybrid working and operates 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be the first point of contact for members, promoting products and services and working to preserve memberships at risk of cancellation.
You will bring proven customer service experience in a contact centre, be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM, and thrive in a team focused on retention
