Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a well-establishedlogistics and warehousing business in Eagle Farmto recruit an experiencedCounterbalance Forklift Operatorto join their busy 3PL warehouse team where you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in their work and is looking forconsistent Monday–Friday day shift hours.
Your duties will include:
Operating acounterbalance forkliftto load and unload trucks
Goods receival and dispatch
Stock put-away and replenishment
Picking and packing customer orders usingRF scanners
Cycle counts and stock movements
General warehouse duties and manual handling
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Working to daily KPIs and established safety procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' counterbalance forklift experience




Previous3PL warehouse experiencehighly regarded
A currentLF forklift licence
Experience usingRF scanners
Basic computer and warehouse systems knowledge
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling duties
A solid focus on safety and attention to detail
A reliable and positive attitude
Ability to workMonday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
A current police check, or be willing and able to obtain one
