Five Valuable Friends is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to join our community-based care team across NSW. You’ll provide clinical oversight, conduct home visits, and collaborate with Care Coordinators to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You’ll travel to Members’ homes (kilometres reimbursed) with versatile work-from-home days when not visiting clients, and you’ll work with a supportive team to drive clinical improvements and ensure safety and compliance.
