Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a community-based Dietitian to deliver home and community care services on a part time basis, 2–3 days per week across the Sunshine Coast. You will work with NDIS and Home Care clients within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will provide dietetic assessments, education and interventions, and contribute to program growth while travel to clients is required. DA registration and a current driver’s licence are essential, with indemnity insurance encouraged.
