APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Shepparton, VIC site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. You will blend people support with sales, relationship building and administration to help participants become job-ready and connect them with local employers.

You will coach and prepare candidates, market them to businesses, and drive employment outcomes, while maintaining compliance and data entry aligned with program requirements.
