You'll own claims, progress efficiently, review information, assess policy response and liability, and communicate with customers, brokers and legal representatives throughout the process.
You'll negotiate settlements and identify fair, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining accurate records to meet compliance, KPIs and SLAs.
