Woolworths Group in Melbourne (Cremorne VIC) is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Specialist on a 12-month hybrid contract. You will manage your own caseload, providing high‐quality ER advice, coaching and investigation support to front-line leaders.

You will conduct end‐to‐end investigations, prepare documents for the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals, handle complex ill/injured cases, and offer leaders practical recommendations on legislation, policies and procedures.
