Lachlan Shire Council is seeking a motivated and qualified Overseer to join our experienced Roads Team. This full time role is based in Condobolin but works north of Condobolin and is a key member of the Infrastructure Services Department, responsible for the supervision of staff undertaking a range of projects and provides support to the various program Managers.

About You

Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Local Government (operational works) or willing to obtain
n
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
n
Construction Inductions Certificate (White Card)
n
Valuable planning, organisational and communication skills
n
Good customer service skills
n
Demonstrated contractor management and project management skills
n
Good literacy skills
n
A current Class C Driver Licence.
n
n

Salary range: $3,****** to $3,****** per fortnight
n
Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
n
Position classified at Grade 11 within Council's Salary Structure.

Employment conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
