About the role

You will lead a team of around 20 professionals delivering excellence across Asset Management, Engineering, Sustainability and Security for a complex national asset and property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Leadership of staff and outsourced contracts
n
Drive Governance, Compliance, procedural improvements and operational efficiency
n
Provide expert advice to manage Risk for secure and mission Critical assets
n
Develop Strategic Asset Management
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience at a senior level
n
Genuine strategic capacity,



comfortable operating across the full breadth of a technical property leadership function
n
A sound understanding of, and sensitivity to; governance and compliance requirements
n
Strong technical capability across mechanical and electrical (M&E;) building services
n
Likely background in corporate real estate (CRE), with a strong understanding of facilities management and strategy for physical assets and building infrastructure
n
