Job Description
Spinifex Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mining Training and Competency Lead for a multi-skill site in Current South Wales. You will lead and support the site's training and competency systems, ensuring employees are trained, assessed and compliant with site and legislative requirements.

The role oversees Training Advisors, Trainer/Assessors and Training Governance, while supporting training systems, budgets and continuous improvement, and modelling Evolution Mining values.
