We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team within a globally recognised fashion brand.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who loves fashion, people and sales, and knows how to create a store environment where both customers and teams thrive.

What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and develop a high‐performing team
n
Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong service culture
n
Take ownership of day‐to‐day store operations
n
Recruit, train and develop team members
n
Lead VM, floor changes,
promotions and store initiatives
n
Work closely with the District Manager to deliver business goals
n

What we're looking for

Proven Store Manager experience in fashion or fast‐paced retail
n
Strong commercial mindset with a genuine drive to achieve results
n
A confident, hands‐on people leader
n
Passionate about fashion, customer service and team development
n
Someone who leads from the front and creates a positive, high‐energy culture

Robust communication, organisation and decision‐making skills
