Suncorp Group in Sydney/Brisbane seeks a Claims Officer in our Commercial Property Liability Claims team to manage a portfolio from lodgement to settlement. You'll own claims, progress efficiently, review information, assess policy response and liability, and communicate with customers, brokers and legal representatives throughout the process.

You'll negotiate settlements and identify fair, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining accurate records to meet compliance, KPIs and SLAs.
