Duties and responsibilities
Maintain HSE records, registers, databases and filing systems.
Coordinate training records and competency matrices within INX.
Monitor workforce compliance and training expiry requirements.
Support contractor onboarding and mobilisation activities.
Prepare HSE reports, presentations and compliance documentation.
Coordinate site inductions, meetings and HSE communications.
Provide administrative support to site HSE programs and initiatives.
Skills and experience required
Experience in an HSE Administration or similar support role.
Demonstrated experience using INX for workforce or HSE administration.




Previous experience in mining, construction or industrial environments.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting.
Excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
