Primary Duties

n

Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for current hires and contractors at the site.
n
Maintain and organise site documentation and records.
n
Schedule uniform orders and coordinate travel and accommodation.
n
Assist in personnel management and site logistics.
n
Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily site operations.
n
Collaborate with various teams to ensure productive site processes.
n
Manage and track site expenses and budgets.
n
Assist in the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
n
Monitor and report on-site safety and compliance with regulations.
n




Handle communications and information flow within the site.
n
Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
n

You'll Bring

n

n
Proven admin experience, preferably in the mining or related industry.
n
Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical examination.
n
Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
n
Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
n
Proficiency in office software and data management.
n
Current and valid driver's license, and access to a car.
