Job Description

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a People Care Consultant for a 12-month fixed term/secondment in Sydney to support employees through work and non-work related injury and illness. You will deliver tailored case management and early intervention, partnering with leaders and health specialists.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, People Care Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will help reduce unplanned absence, coordinate support plans and contribute to service delivery improvements across the program.
