Maintenance Plumber - Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to take the lead across a busy and established maintenance team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, people and performance of a maintenance division.

n

The Role

n

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the business continues to deliver a high level of service to its customers.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Managing and supporting a team of experienced maintenance plumbers
n
Overseeing day-to-day operations and workflow
n
Coordinating jobs, resources and scheduling
n
Supporting technicians and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
n
Managing team performance and productivity
n
Maintaining solid customer relationships
n
Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and profitability
n
Working closely with senior management to drive the continued growth of the maintenance division
n

What We're Looking For

n





We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and understands the plumbing industry from the ground up.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
Proven management or operations experience
n
Certificate III in Plumbing
n
Solid experience within plumbing maintenance
n
Experience managing and leading a team of 5+
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
n
A current Australian Driver's Licence
n
