We are seeking a
Senior Consultant, Manager or Subject Matter Expert
with strong
Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience
experience to lead an independent capability review and develop practical recommendations for a major organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
BCM and Enterprise Resilience current-state and maturity assessments
Conduct document reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops
Assess
BCM frameworks, BIA methodologies, governance, crisis management and incident response
Evaluate integration with
Enterprise Risk Management
Perform gap assessments against
ISO *****
and relevant Australian risk and security frameworks
Develop
BCM frameworks, resilience playbooks and supporting templates
Create an
implementation roadmap
Prepare executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders




About You
At least 5 years experience in
BCM, Enterprise Resilience or related consulting
Proven experience conducting
maturity assessments, independent reviews and gap analyses
Solid knowledge of
BIA, BCM frameworks, crisis management and incident response
Experience with
ISO *****
Understanding of
risk management, governance and GRC
Australian Government or highly regulated environment experience highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, report writing and presentation skills
Able to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
Open to work on a 3-month contract duration
