Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of major projects.
You will manage subcontractor contracts, variations, claims and documentation, across the full lifecycle, while coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
The role requires strong communication, detailed contract knowledge and a cooperative, proactive approach to ensure predictable project outcomes and compliance throughout delivery.
