KeyDuties
Review and assess students atthe beginning of each program
Provide a flexible program thatcaters for individual students
Deliver learningprogramsthatdemonstratearesearchbasedknowledge ofhow students learn
Evaluate personal teaching andlearning programs including feedback from students andassessment data to inform planning
Modelhighexpectationstoenable a secure and supportive classroomculture
Provide reports within schoolstandards and timelines
Activelyparticipateinprofessionaldevelopmentactivities
Embrace a culture ofcollaboration to enhance studentlearning
Model and live the CaulfieldGrammar School values andbehaviours
Skills andExperience
ExperienceteachingVCELegalStudiesUnits 1-4 isessential.




Versatilityto teach another VCE commerce subject will be anadvantage.
Genuine enthusiasm for teachingand commitment to students' academic and personalgrowth
Outstanding communication skillsand the ability to effectively engage withstudents,colleagues,and parents.
Committed toongoingprofessionaldevelopment, staying current with legaldevelopments, and approaching teaching with aproactive,reflective,and growth-orientedmindset.
Holds a current VIT Registrationalong with specialised teaching qualifications inLegalStudiesor related fields.
