Amana Living is seeking a dedicatedChaplainto provide compassionate pastoral, liturgical, and spiritual care to residents, clients, families, volunteers, and staff.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the holistic wellbeing of individuals, offering person-centred care that is inclusive, culturally relevant, and age-appropriate.
This will be 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide spiritual guidance, supporting residents and clients in exploring faith, spirituality, ageing, and end-of-life matters
Facilitate access to representatives of various religious and faith traditions upon request
Deliver person-centred pastoral care, respecting all beliefs and customs
Lead regular worship services and special ceremonies, including memorial services and ANZAC Day commemorations
Collaborate with staff to ensure holistic care that addresses spiritual wellbeing
Complete spiritual assessments for all residents and maintain accurate records
Participate in Chaplaincy Team meetings and professional development initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Theological education with ministry experience (chaplaincy experience preferred)
Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent training




Solid interpersonal skills with a compassionate and inclusive approach
Evidence of support from senior leadership within your faith community
National Police Clearance Certificate (within the last six months) Proof of current influenza in line with Amana Living policies
Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence
