Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a qualified Trade Cook to join our Food Services team in East Gippsland, Victoria.
You will prepare, cook, portion and serve meals, while meeting dietary requirements and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with HACCP knowledge and has experience in bulk catering or hospitality settings.
