Working closely with senior team members, you will support the execution and management of loan facilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys a mix of analytical tasks and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Assessment: Assist with due diligence and the preparation of credit papers and investment memos.
Portfolio Monitoring: Track covenants, borrower reporting, and general portfolio oversight.
Relationship Management: Engage with borrowers, brokers, and investors throughout the loan management process.
Arrears & Workouts: Assist with loan workouts and follow-up actions as required.
Operations & Innovation: Support internal accounts administration and contribute to improving scalable internal systems and reporting frameworks.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical capabilities,
commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities. You should be someone who values accountability and is eager to contribute to a small, collaborative team.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
Qualified Experience: At least 3 years in credit management or a similar role within private credit or mortgage lending.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the private lending industry and exposure to loan servicing or arrears management is highly regarded.
Technical Skills: Solid problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Education: A degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field is preferred.
