This full time, permanent role reports to the site leadership and focuses on delivering civil earthworks safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead direct labour and contracted teams, drive safe practices, and coordinate planning with the Superintendent and project stakeholders to keep the works on track and aligned with project goals.
