You will lead HCD methodologies, translating insights into scalable improvements that enhance learner outcomes and course quality.
You will coach cross-functional teams, advocate for user-driven decision making, and report on the impact of HCD through transparent, evidence-based recommendations while aligning with TAFE NSW values.
