Billbergia's in-house legal team works closely with other departments to support the entire development cycle from acquisition, planning, design, construction, finance, sales, marketing and asset management.
About the role
Reporting to Head of Legal
Based at Rhodes NSW - 5 minutes walk from Rhodes station and free on-site parking
Work in a friendly team with great company culture
Your responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with:
project delivery and joint venture agreements, put and call options and sale contracts
titling advice for acquisitions and development
retail,commercialandresidentialleasing




off the plan sales and marketing
agency agreements
consultantagreementsand construction contracts
heads of agreements / term sheets
confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements
working with external law firms
You may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time depending on your experience and interest.
About you
4 to 7 years post-admission legal experience
Law degree and current practising certificate.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive and collaborative
