Care Connect - Community Care Provider is seeking Home Care Support Workers to help Australians remain independent, protected and connected at home across Broadmeadows and surrounding areas. The role involves providing domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep and mobility support, with social companionship and community access.
Successful applicants will have a current Australian Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle and insurance, First Aid/CPR, and will be available at least three weekdays.
