Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through great food, consistency and teamwork.

You'll play a key role in delivering the Costa Taco experience, working across prep, line, pass and kitchen support in a fast-paced environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Prepare and cook food according to Costa Taco recipes, procedures and presentation standards.
n
Work across prep, line, pass and kitchen support as required.
n
Follow Costa Taco systems, kitchen procedures, recipes and checklists consistently.
n
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, speed and presentation.
n
Complete daily preparation, labelling, storage and stock rotation correctly.
n
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
n
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and Front of House teams to support smooth service.
n
Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic and passion for hospitality.
