Retail and Online Sales Assistant – Full time Location: Perth

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and highly organised individual to join our inner-city jewellery boutique. This role is perfect for a reliable multi-tasker who enjoys a diverse workday. You will split your time between providing excellent service to appointment-based clients and assisting with our online Shopify store from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

Pack and dispatch Shopify orders daily with premium care, ensuring luxury-grade presentation and secure wrapping
n
Upload new products, write explicit product descriptions, and update stock levels accurately
n
Monitor the Shopify inbox and business email to answer customer inquiries regarding sizing, stock, and shipping times
n
Greet inner-city booked appointment clients, assist with product selection, and process transactions using the POS system
n
Maintain the high-end presentation of collections
n




Handle local post office runs for daily online shipments and manage general administrative errands
n
Log incoming repairs, tag items correctly, and coordinate timelines with the workshop
n

About you

Experience in retail sales, office administration, or e-commerce operations
n
Warm, professional verbal skills for in-store clients, and clear, grammatically correct writing skills for customer emails
n
Exceptional care and precision when handling high-value inventory and processing courier labels
n
Punctual, organised, and capable of working independently during quiet mid-week periods
