About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate with 5+ years’ PQE to join the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team in Sydney.

Your work will include:
Advising on corporate structuring, governance and regulatory matters;
Drafting complex legal advice, submissions and commercial documentation;
Advising clients on regulatory approvals, concessions and compliance issues;
Drafting and reviewing constitutions, governance documents and agreements;




Advising on internal corporate and stakeholder disputes;
Acting on mergers, restructures and other corporate transactions; and
Managing matters and developing strong relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate:
5+ years’ PQE gained within corporate and/or commercial law;
Robust experience in corporate advisory and commercial matters, with experience advising charities highly regarded;
Excellent drafting and technical legal skills;
Strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills;
The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively; and
At least a credit average from a well-respected university.
